I read a statute and it says This law makes it a felony for "a person" 18 or older, to engage in sexual activity with a person 12 or older, but less than 16 years of age. so does that mean 18 and 16 is ok?

Question by In my opinion: What emotions may arise after having sex for the first time?
My boyfriend and I have discussed us having sex in the future. I'm a virgin although he is not. I told him that as of now, I'm not emotionally ready. However, I realized that although I don't feel ready, I don't really know what's holding me back. I've never been so unsure of my feelings. Anyway, I was just curious as to what the negative/positive emotions were after having sex for the first time.
If someone can elaborate on how they felt, that would really help me out! Thanks!

2. I would give them a book that is appropriate for that age, yes. My mother gave me a children's book that didn't really show anything, but explained what sex is and how it happens.
3. I would teach my son about masturbation, yes, but I would not buy him anything for that. As far as if I have a little girl goes... I am a man, so I would leave that to his mother.
